Spend a morning in Hoi An’s countryside, where two local traditions meet. At Tra Que Vegetable Village, a farming community of more than 300 years, you work the herb gardens alongside local farmers.

Then cycle through rice fields to a lantern workshop and craft your own Hoi An lantern to take home as a souvenir.
