Da Nang is ready to organize the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival – DIFF 2024

Continuing the success of the previous season, the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival 2024 (DIFF) – the only international fireworks festival in Vietnam, is set to make a grand return. Hosting the event for over a decade, the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF) has become an eagerly anticipated international event in the coastal city of Da Nang, contributing to its status as a “Premier Event Destination”, ranked among the Top 11 destinations in Asia. In 2024, DIFF will once again captivate audiences with dazzling fireworks displays this summer.

This year, the festival will carry the overarching theme “Made in Unity – Global Connection – Radiant Five Continents” to convey a message of a peaceful, friendly world and honor values that inspire the community. Under this theme, each team will present 20-minute fireworks displays based on nightly themes. Marking its 12th edition, DIFF 2024, along with 4 positive global sustainability messages for 4 competition nights, will deliver emotionally charged and meaningful performances to the audience.

DIFF 2024 will feature 5 nights of fireworks displays themed around 5 concepts, with 8 competing teams divided into 4 pairs for 4 nights, and the top 2 outstanding teams will compete in the final showdown. The festival will take place from June 8, 2024, to July 13, 2024, and will be held at the Han River Port area, with the main stands and stage located on the sidewalk of Tran Hung Dao Street, Nai Hien Dong Ward, Son Tra District, Da Nang City. with the opening night featuring a match between the host team Vietnam, and the defending champion of DIFF 2023 – France.

June 15, 2024: Nature Wisdom – Team USA and Team Italy
June 22, 2024: Love Inspiration – Team Germany and Team Poland
June 29, 2024: Fairy Tales – Team China and Team Finland
July 13, 2024: Young Generation – Pulse of the Future
